Description

  • List of Chinese labourers working for Robert Rawlings in Sumatra (Indonesia) in April, 1901. 

  • Numbers next to the names correspond to the numbers on the employee attendance sheet. 

Background Information

  • Part of a collection of mementoes belonging to Robert Rawlings who drilled in Sumatra on two contracts between 1880 and 1902.
