A crowd is gathered beneath the oil derrick at the No. 1 Well in Venezuela.
The well was begun in 1913 and began flowing with oil in August of 1914.
Drillers George Rawlings, Frank Racher, Andy Wolsey and Superintendent of Drilling George W. Brake were present.
